Thankfully, he had the exact parts required to fix my machine! Not only did he fix my dryer, he thoroughly cleaned the inside portion that you can't get to unless you remove the top and front panels. He was done within an hour of arriving at my house, and we've had no issues since his visit. In addition to this, there's a 3 month warranty on the work completed. "I made an appt. via email during the weekend when Gormsen Appliance, Co. was closed. <br /> They emailed "and" called me promptly-first thing Monday morning.  We set up an Appointment. <br /> The service Rep. was on time and was able to diagnose that we had a broken anchor for the spring in the door.  <br /> There was no electronics problems with the microwave so the Service Rep performed a repair on the broken grill and touch pad panel instead of replacing them.   Replacement cost for a new grill was $155 and new touch pad panel $140.  I paid total repair cost of $105 for the service call and repairs.  So Yes, I am happy with the service price, quality of repairs, responsiveness to my call, punctuality of the service rep. and the professionalism of this company.  Thank You and Merry Christmas! <br /> <br />"
