None of them tried to upsell me on useless things. They all gave good advice and explained things clearly. The A/C install uncovered a few surprises, naturally, like any older home. But they took care of it even if they had to spend extra time and perform extra services. They really went the extra mile without incurring new charges or inconvenience to the customer. "Called to get service to replace a cycling regulator valve.  Plumber called ahead in the window pre-determined. <br /> Took about 30 minutes to conduct the work.  I didn't realize that fuel charges were included / added to the cost of the labor. <br /> After a day, the valve began to vibrate when water passed.  After about a month and a half, realizing the noise did not clear, I called them back. After consultation with the Owner, Steve Fuller, he came out to verify water pressure and ultimately changed the valve out with a new one - no charge for the second visit and new valve (under warranty). <br />"

Because the sewer problem was not something we can fix, It was sitting underneath the utility boxes. While I was so worry, the technician offered to file a city report for me and they did all the follow up. (I didn't know the city would get involved). Luckily, the city fixed the pipe and I have one thing less to worry about. It is my blessing to find this plumbing co.. Linda was patient to listen to my initial call. The technician Enrique was very professional. He explained to me what the problem was and made sure everything ok before he left. It was late in evening but he was not rush to leave.
