"We just completed our remodel with Future Vision and are walking away happy customers and deeply appreciative of the heart they put into our home and project. For context, this was a mid-sized remodel of 3 bathrooms (1 with a major reconfiguration of the layout), 1 bar, 2 fireplaces, 1 mudroom and recessed lighting throughout the house. This is also our forever home, so quality of work was of utmost importance. This project spanned over 5-6 months. Timing was really driven by us and delays in materials due to the pandemic or changing our minds. There were no delays on Jacob’s side. I had the joy of working with Jacob, our Project Manager, our Designer, Jacob’s team and our architect. When they say customer service and communication are at the center of their values and goals as a company, I do agree. — In terms of customer service, this was always at the center of the project. If it mattered enough to me, Jacob and team would make things happen no matter how small or large. Of course, with all projects with multiple parties, there are competing incentives, but I always felt like we landed at a fair compromise and making me happy was the most important goal of them all. This means a lot to me because over the course of the project we discussed things from them helping me with a surprise water leak from a faulty gutter (not their fault) to me literally marking areas where I wanted even the smallest corner re-grouted and they fulfilled their promise. I also loved shopping with our designer, which were great retail locations they have strong relationships with. — In terms of communication, they are also top-notch. A key reason why I chose 4 Seasons Remodeling & Design over other companies was my first meeting with Jacob. He is a straight shooter and always sticks to his word. This is an art. Jacob always set clear and realistic expectation upfront on what would delay us or add costs to the project. If he promised, he would fix something he would. Jacob and his team were also very available and quick to communicate via chat or phone. I always felt very supported because they always made themselves available. Remodeling your home is an emotional journey, so this is extremely important. — Lastly, I would also say that I walked away feeling like working with a team with “heart.” Jacob’s team became people I enjoyed seeing an interacting with regularly. They are very professional and know that their job is not simply to remodel a house, but that their job is to create a home for a family. I don’t know of a more important calling than this. "The reason we had to deal with Daniel Cordova Plumbing is that they did an expensive project before and after that project the toilet was not properly working. They claimed it was a bad pump so we agreed to change it. 1. I asked to itemize the project, they never did that though the price for a one day job was $6505. 2. We ordered the pump they listed in the invoice but we had to return it paying $250 return fee because they claimed they already bought a pump and according to them there was no way to return it. 3. They refused to provide a receipt for the pump they bought. I was insisting on it since it is my right to know what pump was installed in my property and have pictures of installation as well. CSLB confirmed I am entitled to it. Instead they gave me NOT a receipt, but a very strange invoice with an absolutely different pump name on it and a date of purchase earlier than our invoice. The name which was never mentioned in the invoice. Was it a direct or indirect deception is up to you to judge, but it was not a receipt 100% and I still have no idea what pump was installed in my property. 4. Nick Giles threatened to take the pump away and leave us in a completely dysfunctional house only because I requested documentation I am entitled to. CSLB says I have plenty of ground to file a complaint. 5. I shared my experience with Daniel Cordova Plumbing. It is up to you to hire them or not. I would stay away from this company."

"Working with Tolly landscape was the best decision we made this year. We've referred over 5 friends and family to Christie Collins who headed up our front yard project. Christie has such a sense of pride about her work and she cares so much about the finished product. She was terrific at communicating progress and even added in extra elements to our finished product that we weren't expecting. From design to implementation, they do it all and made it easy to have all components of the project taken care of by one company. I included the before picture which shows the privacy gate and hedge and large amount of concrete they took out and the after photos of the finished product with custom fence and new concrete, new stone steps and column to match the existing stone, new low maintenance plants and grass. "Plumber that was sent said needed new valve. Came out with valve, so I thought, turns out it was actually a cartridge for the valve. Wanted to charge me for 3 hours labor. One hour was spent putting in 2 screws....Didn't fix the problem and expected to be paid 3 hours labor. This is a big rip-off. Also send apprentices to do the job. I believe in on job training, but i shouldn't be paying for it. They reduced the bill by $140, but still the problem is not resolved and I am out the time and money. I would suggest finding another plumbing company that doesn't try to run up the bill by wasting time and who know what they are doing."
