"Excellent job by Rise Up Roofing on tearing off the old roof, replacing the underlayment with an upgraded type, and finishing the job within the estimated time. They also replaced several pieces of 4x8 wood and 2x6 runners that were either water and/or termite damaged. And they replaced several of the concrete tiles that were broken, including making sure everything complied with HOA standards. Although the particular tile color was out of production, they found a very similar match and placed it in an unobservable part of the roof. After the reroof, the entire area was power washed. Really looks good. Very satisfied with the results, and the crew was hard working and the price very competitive. Several nice comments from neighbors."
