"Kenneth came out, on time and clean, and checked out the complete inside, outside, and under the homes raised foundation and didn’t find and termites. He also told me something that the other 4 techs didn’t mention to me. I Had no water leaks from any pipes under the house. That was great news, besides knowing there weren’t any termites under there. This will be the fifth year that they have been inspecting our house and look forward to them coming out in the future."

"Alex was so great! Genuine, kind, and efficient! Great work! Look forward to maintaining a business relationship with them and keeping them for termite control moving forward."

"Could not have gone better, from the inspection to the treatment Pacific Coast employees were punctual, professional, thorough and friendly. Blake took the time to explain everything that he found during the inspection and sent a diagram of my house with all of the trouble areas identified. Kevin and his crew explained the treatment methods and the chemicals that they used. They even cleaned up the termite droppings in the attic, something that no other termite service has ever done. A first class operation all the way."

"Dave was a complete professional. I looked at 5 other pest control companies and Dave was the only one that lined up with all the research I was doing for termite control. All other companies were pushing for the maximum $$$ to spend. Dave knew his stuff and I felt comfortable that he didnâ t push other high dollar services to resolve my issue. Iâ m glad I went with no-nonsense and would recommend them every time."

"

Technician Steven was on-time and listen to my concerns.    I have a large home and my backyard has lots of spiders and ants that needs regular maintenance.

Steven removed all cobwebs which our previous pest control company would never do.   Our yard is mostly concrete with a pool.  Steven arrived with a truck mounted sprayed and he did a great job at spraying the entire perimeter of the house including where all cements join together as that is the gateway for ants.

I watched and everything he said he would do he did and more.

I purchased the bi-monthly deal and this is our first treatment.    Time will how well things work out or not, but so far and at the start everything went great and am happy to recommend them.

"Trap snapped 2 hours after he left. Unfortunately it didn’t kill instantly and I had to finish the job as both my husband and exterminator not present. Had to put poor critter out of its misery. We are city folks living in country for first time and have a lot to learn. Yet very efficient company that uses traps and chemistry nontoxic to environment and my animals. We also have wasp and ant problems to be addressed later in year. Have great confidence they will help."

"They are a reputable pest control service"

"Sam came out on a Sunday to inspect our problem. Wasps were getting inside our bathroom via the skylight. I couldn't live with them in our house any longer. Sam climbed up to roof and sprayed many wasps and their nests. Once he finished, I mentioned that they were swarming in the back yard. He had the expertise to check under our umbrella, that had been closed for months, and found dozens inside - yuk!! So he sprayed in there and also other areas. Needless to say I am very happy with his services and can again rest easy inside my home without those terrible pests!

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."
