"When I called Action Appliance Repair, Sue (the office manager/dispatcher) arranged for her repair team (Mark and Mark, father and son) to come to the house later the same day. They identified two problems, repaired one immediately, and ordered a part which they returned and installed three days later. In the interim, they placed a portable fan at the the rear of the refrigerator so as to allow it to function until the new part (fan motor) arrived. Due to their efforts, I was able to keep a refrigerator that has sentimental value and would have been disruptive and expensive to replace.
