What I can speak to is how he keeps you informed on everything from time/travel ETAs to what he's actually doing and things you might want to be aware of (electronic ignition, heat adjustment on the tank, etc) once he's finished with the job. In our case, the waterheater had been leaking in the garage and before he left he swept up and wiped down everything. In a word, he's thorough :) And he's pretty quick... especially considering he wrestles those waterheaters all on his lonesome! He works like a machine, keeps a great attitude throughout the job, and the overall quality is outstanding! I highly recommend him!!"

"The whole process was very smooth. They came out and spent a couple of hours assessing the problems...turns out we had several. The water heater burner had failed and was under warranty. But they also discovered our pressure regulator had failed, our gate valve was frozen, and we had a pipe leaking in the wall! They found the necessary part for the warranty repair and drove 50 miles each way to get it rather than make us wait 1-2 days for for the part to be shipped. They stayed until all the problems were resolved which was greatly appreciated! (My wife and three daughters were not relishing cold showers!)"

Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

"Nathan did an aswesome job. He is a perfectionist. I have used him before from a prior leak under a kitchen sink. I live out of state , which is very stressful to trust someone to repair sheetrock, remediate mold, rebuild the heater stand which was soaked through and point out issues on my behalf. He and his crew did a beautiful job with the finish on the sheetrock matching the existing and even had to get some paints to match the existing colors on the walls.
