Because the sewer problem was not something we can fix, It was sitting underneath the utility boxes. While I was so worry, the technician offered to file a city report for me and they did all the follow up. (I didn't know the city would get involved). Luckily, the city fixed the pipe and I have one thing less to worry about. It is my blessing to find this plumbing co.. Linda was patient to listen to my initial call.
