"Called Home World among others to get a quote to repair a major leak in my roof. Due to the massive amount of rain this year and damage from an errant dead tree limb. I had a sizable leak that caused damage, there was no clear hole, or entry spot. Most companies were so busy, I was stuck in phone tag limbo. Some companies just wanted to replace the entire roof at double the national average.... Happened to come across Home World's headquarters on the way home from work and was glad I did!! Bob the owner greeted me on the phone and right out of the box put me right at ease. He came right out in a flash and up into my attic he went with a dash! After taking a glance he new right what to, and the following day he came back with his crew. My good man your roof vent simply will not do. See it's cracked and damage tar, or glue just will not do! In just an hour, or two, I had a new roof vent installed with end caps too. He placed his finger aside of his nose, and giving a nod, up the chimney he rose. He sprang to his suv, to his team gave a whistle and right away they all cleaned the work site and politely said goodbye. I heard Bob shout out with glee, have a great day if you ever need us just give us a call!! Today the rain back again... Maryland is starting to look like Seattle WA! The one thing that is different for me is my attic, house, and Family are dry!"
