He said the girls in the office were supposed to have called and rescheduled the night before. No one called. He had them call me an hour later and wanted to do it the following Saturday. I couldn't due to a party at my home, so we scheduled for the next Friday the 19th for a start date and they would finish on Saturday. <br /> Friday - no one shows up. I call Bob and again the office was supposed to call. They will be there Saturday at 7am. <br /> Saturday 7am they show up!!!!  <br /> They are very professional and did a great job. My chimney had 2 flues, one for a fireplace and one for an old radiant heat system. The heat is no longer used so Bob decided to put on a larger cap at no extra cost. <br /> Great company, but they need to work on the office communication <br />"
