US pro painting did a wonderful job with flawless painting, reinstallation of lower cabinets and installation of new curio glass cabinets. "For our home addition/renovation we are very grateful to have found Richard Connolly and his site iCornerstone. Our vision was a Two-story + basement + livable attic space home addition which would provide significant practical square footage to our existing house and integrate seamlessly with it. We interviewed a number of general contractors but we were overall a bit uncomfortable after the interviews due to gaps in transparency regarding how costs were calculated and how timelines were established, resulting in some lack of confidence. "Communication with the owners was easy and timely, but very disappointed in the attention to detail and overall oversight of the job on Redman's part with their sub-contractors. We constantly had to directly let the outside workers know of our plans even though we had already discussed items with Redman. We had to ask them to clean up after themselves (one contractor said he never owned a tarp before) and have the electrician come back numerous times to fix things. Overall timeline was met and we are happy with overall design and functionality, but had to aggressively press at the end before our move in date. Items that we were disappointed in - nails showing through new cabinetry (purchased separately), holes still showing in the plastered ceiling and recessed lighting holes cut too big, so that the lights are loose. Tile Contractor was the best by far."
