"Knowledgeable, patience, through, pleasant person. I was at ease with Billy during the whole paperwork and phone call."

"Gage at KCM Construction has been great to work with. He came to my house within 24 hours, understood the problems much better than others, quoted me a fair price in writing on the spot, and had the work done within a week. After working to get another company to do the work for 3 months, this was a breath of fresh air. Also, there was some follow up inside work for when I was ready and I didn’t have to chase him down for that. He was very proactive in reaching out to me for a date. Whenever I called or texted him, he responded right back, even on the weekends. I endorse KCM Construction."

"Very professional! Good quality, good crew and everything was exactly as they promised! I am very happy with my new roof!"

"Scott was great! He was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional. On the hottest day of the year so far, he went up on the roof to re-seal our skylights and did a quick but thorough job. Highly recommend!"

"Blue Spruce Property Management was super helpful in removing 3 trees in close proximity to my building! They were the most reasonably priced among all of the other quotes I received. They also were the most prompt in their ability to schedule in a timely manner! Mostly, I appreciated that they were very confident about how they would remove the trees without the need for cranes or other heavy equipment that wouldn't have fit in my driveway. This father/son duo traveled an hour away to help us out. Thank you guys for everything!"

He took pictures of the the issues with my skylight so that I could fully understand the problem and set up a time the very next day to repair it. I would also give him high marks for his accountability and promptness. I will definitely hire him again."
