I have a older home that still had the original vents. Gerado inspected each and only advised repair/replacements for vents where the leak was occurring. The price was fair, they took before/after pictures and offered a 2-year warranty on the work. I would definitely recommend Ben Stone Construction and will use them again in the future."

Even working in direct sunlight, and extremely high temperatures, they took their time to make sure every aspect of the job was done correctly and every problem that I had was repaired. As impressed as I was with the quality of their work and work ethic, I was just as impressed with the job site upon completion. There wasn’t a nail, sliver of wood or even scraped paint chip left when they finished.
