"Went very smoothly! I did a lot of research and compared prices of several transportation companies. I found that United Freight's rates were extremely competitive and were one of the very few companies that could guarantee a three-window in which the vehicle would be shipped. Their online tools could use some updating but I got my down payment receipt and document copies all emailed to me which I appreciated. I would have liked a message letting me know they had picked up the vehicle, but the dealership let me know. I was notified when the delivery was an hour away and when they arrived at my location. Overall, I wanted an insured company that could safely transport my vehicle in a timely manner and they did exactly that. My car was scratch-free and looked flawless. "Kevin took on a difficult job: the shower was relatively new by the home's previous owner, but a moldy disaster, and because of the imminent birth of a baby, there was a tight deadline on the job. In order to accommodate this deadline he had to manage several crew members to complete the tear-down and rebuild, which involved many steps plus wait time in between them. Timing included recommendations for purchase of materials by inexperienced customer (us), and explanation of construction concerns to prevent reappearance of mold. <br /> Kevin's crew members were expert and communication was good across the board. Clean-up from day to day and at the conclusion of the job was excellent. The only reason for a "B" for quality is a low spot in the shower floor, but this is easily addressed with a squeegee. I am inclined to think of this small inconvenience as a byproduct of the complexity of the installation under a strict deadline. "Steve is an excellent worker, he does exactly what is asked of him in a timely manner. The contractor (#@#@**and ) I originally hired to install a second bath in my home refused to put up the shower door, too meticulous, too hard he said. Steve installed the shower door and it is perfect !! Steve replaced a hose on the toilet ( the previous contractor put on) that was too short and in a crimp causing the toilet to take several minutes to fill up, he fixed the stopper in the bathroom sink that also was not previously installed properly. I wanted two light fixtures changed and he put the covers on my vent / fan light in both bathrooms along with the new light above the bathroom sink. The night before he arrived the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms started smoking. Steve checked it out to find the fan motor locked down, he installed a new ceiling fan. I cannot say enough about his work ethic. The jobs I have are small, (except the pain in the rear shower door),and most contractors would not want to deal with them but Steve did, he charged me by the hour and did not waste time about getting things done. I have several more odd jobs to be done and will definitely hire him again..... <br />"

"They were fabulous. We've used them for a lot of stuff. They've built a screened porch and a deck. About 6 months later they came back and painted the house and put in new windows. They put new trim around all the windows on the outside. We took the shutters off and put nice trim around the windows. They had to build the roof on the screened porch too. They do everything really well too. We were stunned at the price. We thought it would be about double what they charged us. They did the whole roof on the inside of the porch with cyprus beams. Part of that is they they installed 2 ceiling fans.  We bought the windows ourselves and they installed them. Our house is small but that porch we put on is humongous. We live out there, we have half of it for eating and half for a work station and seating area. The deck is also large. I have full sized sofa and a lounge chair and another chair. The quality of work, you couldn't have asked for better. They were really easy to work with too. They showed up everyday and worked all day long. They were really good. They picked up all of their stuff, no trash anywhere. I trust them. I would have given them a key to my house."
