"Went well. He found our humidifier access was "closed" instead of open, which was a problem, and our humidifier filter qualified as an EPA superfund cleanup site ... so that needed replacement. Also did general maintenance, cleaning, checking. Personable fellow and work done promptly; I'd recommend them. This was our first use of Rose, and I'm pleased so far."

Once, they had to return after some sewer line maintenance to tighten up a ‘cap’ they had installed to replace the worn out existing one because of some minor leakage which they corrected. I got vague blurb of the problem and my mom saying he said he broke something on the unit!? Took 3 days and me calling office twice before tech finally called me! And NOWHERE on the paperwork does it state that HE caused more damage to the unit than the original problem!"
