I had never heard of onyx and when he showed me and suggested I try it I was more than ready. He help me with my choices of matching my bathroom tile and my vanity sink to the colors I needed and wanted in my shower. Their install time was three months out from when I met with him but I was in no hurry and it was well worth the wait. The installer, Zack, did a great job removing the old tub and shower doors and installing a New walk in shower. He cleaned everything up and you would hardly know he was here doing all that work. "I am handicapped and needed my shower replaced with an ADA compliant shower. The sales person was extremely helpful in helping us decide exactly what we wanted. The installers (Chris J, Charles N, & Kenneth K) were awesome. They completed the job in about 7 hours. They were polite and considerent. They put tarps down to protect our floors and cleaned up completely including the remains of our previous shower. I highly recommend this company."

"The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways."
