Farzad suggested certain cabinets and he came up with a design that totally utilized the space we were working with. Once he began work in March the project progressed quickly. "Overall we are happy with the quality of the sunroom. Rick is pleasant to work with, I felt given all the challenges in the construction field right now they did the best they could. The communication needs improvement and they do need to more than 1 guy to put these rooms up. If you are looking to add a beautiful sunroom to your home I highly recommend them however when they say 4 weeks they really mean more like 4 months but it will be worth it in the end. They are very accommodating and were very patient with all my requests."

"I'd had a evaluation and estimate from Exterior Solutions and after then not having received a call back or return email (the inspector had also pulled a loose single from my roof leaving it exposed) I went back to Angie's List. T&T came up, noting it had a good rating, I called. Dave and a colleague arrived, evaluated the roof and offered to repair it free of charge. Still blown away by this. A member of their crew arrived yesterday and did this; apparently they've ended up correcting other work done by Exterior Solutions and they only wanted the good will rating for the work. Incredibly nice and very professional."

"I couldn't be more pleased with the process and the outcome of this project.  Joe worked with me from beginning to end on what was a complicated retrofit of a deck that had multiple, oddly shaped angles.   He also built an extra set of stairs from the top deck to the side yard.  The deck was especially difficult to demo and build as it is surrounded by ponds.  He met me at the supplier's store twice to go over product and color choices.  He and his staff always cleaned up at the end of the day and took extra care not to contaminate the ponds with construction debris.   He saw issues with electrical outlets that were not to his liking around the ponds and fixed them of his own accord. 
This company was one of three estimates I obtained.  The first guy ran for the hills given the size and complexity of the job.  The second estimate was thousands above what Joe quoted. 
Joe and his staff always showed up when they said they would and on time... which I have found to be an increasingly rare commodity among contractors these days.  It was refreshing and appreciated. 
Joe is an absolute professional and a great guy.  He aims for excellence and it shows.  I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is considering a deck.  As they told me in the store where I picked out my products, "he is the best."
I plan to use him for any and all exterior work I have in the future.  In fact he will be installing a sliding glass door for me in a few weeks.

"Thomas was amazing! He was very meticulous and made sure to give us exactly what we pictured! We had a dream of converting our foyer into a bathroom for our guest and even with all of the extra things he had to do (our house was old and outdated) he made sure to match our paint and stay true to the craftsmanship of our home! Would definitely recommend to anyone who has a vision! And even more so to those who do not. (He was very creative in areas where we couldn’t make a choice or didn’t know what we wanted.)"

His quote was very detailed and the price was reasonable based on what I was told by a structural engineer. Carter was very professional in his work, and he did a wonderful job. I noticed right away when I got home that the floor was level. I trust his knowledge & skills, and would definitely rehire him again if need be. I'd also recommend him to friends and neighbors.
