"The owner, Mike Patterson was very professional and personable. Arrived on time and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. I was planning on having his company complete the work but due to unforeseen circumstances, we decided to wait. Once we are ready, we will be calling him back."

"I told the technician that I wanted the fan flush mounted as all the other ones in my home. I showed him the other fans. He still put it with the fan attached to the rod instead. So he to had to take it down and do it correctly. I had to show him the instructions in the box. When he removed the fan he did find that the base was not properly attached to the beam in the ceiling and he fixed that."

"They were very efficient and were able to complete the job early the same day."

"Tenant very please! Nice people. Looked great"

"All the positive reviews are absolutely spot on. You couldn't ask for nicer people. They showed up early, knew exactly what they were doing, and charged a very reasonable price. The job was called "handymen," but I think that's underselling it a bit. They opened up my ceiling, installed a new beam, replaced the drywall, spackled it, painted it, and mounted a heavybag. I wanted this thing to be done right, and was it ever. They cleaned up and finished ahead of schedule. You need something done well? Call them!"

"The work done was fine. The initial quote was padded with about $450 of work I did not need, which I declined. This eroded my confidence that the work I agreed to was priced fairly. Felt it was overpriced."

"10/10 excellent services went above and beyond can’t recommend enough!!!!"

"Welldone on time quality work."

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.
