"Installed temporary tarp to stop leakage. Initiated insurance claim to replace roof. Insurance wanted to repair instead. Convinced insurance that repair was impractical due to type and extent of damage on roof. Ignacio was always professional and did what he said when he said it would be done. His crew was also very professional, courteous, and diligent in their work. I now have a brand new roof and my yard is probably cleaner than it has been in a long time due to their excellent after job cleanup. We had a minor incident with the AC compressor, but they called out a tech and they covered the repair without question."

"OUTSTANDING!!! I would hire this time again. I have a very large house (4200 sq feet). The Team started at 0630 and finished at 1630. By looking at my yard you cannot tell that I had a roof replaced. None of my landscaping was damaged. All roofing debris and roofing nails were removed."

"Very thorough roof inspection. Nick is very friendly with an easy manner. He took a lot of pictures of my roof to show good, bad, and ugly. He also encouraged me to ask for help through my insurance company because there is visible hail damage."

"Response was immediate, and met face to face with Jerry Anderson, the owner. I had a slow-leak along ridge vent. Jerry went on the roof, took photos, and explained what was going on. That was on Friday, 10-26. The very next day they were back, ready to work. The work was very satisfactorily completed on Saturday, 10-27. Their work came with a 3-year, no-leak guarantee. No money changed hands until the job was finished. Simply amazing response!! My wife and I were very pleased, and would highly recommend Jerry, his son Cody...and the rest of the Anderson Pros."

"I purchased the Big Deal for roof maintenance, but Larry informed me that my roof was too damaged to qualify. It is very very old and has a major leak. Instead, he gave me a quote for repair or for a new roof. I appreciated that he did not waste my time in performing the maintenance included in the package, which would not have been helpful for my situation. He seemed very knowledgeable and straight-forward and did not talk down to me. He spent his time evaluating the roof and showing me exactly what he was talking about, despite the intense heat."

"Benny answered my calls and did what he said he would do in a timely and professional manner. My clients decided not to buy the house so we did not have any roofing work done.

"Everything was absolutely good. They showed up on time, did what they said they're going to do, and cleaned up their mess."

"Gary, was very helpful and pointed me on the right direction after I had discussed my concerns. Had he been able to help me I would have gladly hired him. My system ended up being under warranty and he suggested I contact the manufacture as to not void my warranty."

"Work went well. The quote was done by text, based on pictures I sent. The workers showed up this morning (Saturday) and got to work. They had to run out to get some insulation but were back quickly and repaired the hole. They will return Monday to paint."
