"John was excellent in solving our problem and explaining what he needed to do. He spent a good amount of time in the attic and determined we had a racoon which was living there. He placed stink sticks to hopefully chase the critter out. He also set up the entrance so that you could tell if the animal had exited. He came back to check and found that something had indeed left.
