"First of all, Matt is very professional, reasonable and easy to deal with. Some contractors contact you once and then you don't hear back from them. Matt was great to work with especially over email. I initially was trying to sign up for one Big Deal but while I was exchanging emails with Matt apparently (i didn't want to purchase the Deal if it didn't cover what I needed) another Big Deal replaced the one that I was considering. Without any issue he agreed to honor the previous Deal.
Once the work was scheduled, Matt's guy came on the date as promised. There was a little confusion about arrival times where we were told one time but his guy arrived a lot earlier. And once his guy got there he then left for over 2 hours because he had to get more material. I am not sure why it took so long but once he got back he got right to work. Unfortunately, it rained while he was trying to do the front door restoration but he didn't complain.
Once that was under control, he then started with the upstairs bathroom floor. First he put down the hardi-backer and then did the flooring. Clint was his name. I liked Clint because he was through and didn't cut corners.  He removed and cut moldings to size, made the threshold look professional and overall did a good quality job.
A couple weeks after the job was finished (and temperatures got warmer) we noticed that the bathroom door started scraping the floor. I asked Matt if, at his convenience, he could have a guy fix this. He agreed with no complaints and sent a guy over to do this. Overall, we are very satisfied and appreciate a company that is easy to work with and stands by their work.
