"Hired Bay State to take out my old bathtub and shower and replace it with a new walk-in shower. Fabio, the installer, and Daniel, his helper, were excellent! Very professional, efficient and took an eye sore of a bathroom and made it a gorgeous place to take a shower in now. From the beginning, everyone I dealt with were friendly, helpful and professional. Jim, the design consultant, helped us decide on what we wanted and how we were going to get it accomplished. The owner, Jen, was helpful in explaining some things we weren't too sure about and the girls in the office, Sarah and Destiny, were pleasant and patient as we had to re-schedule several times for various reasons on our own part. Bay State accomodated us at every turn. It's a rarity these days to find customer service like they have here. It was a bit expensive but you also get what you pay for. The craftsmanship was excellent and the product itself is top notch. It is MADE IN THE USA, also!"

"Very happy with the finished results on installation of 2 Jacuuzi shower upgrades at our primary residence - the Jacuzzi product is high quality - our lead contact John Cummings began with a site visit and engineeered the 2 shower cost proposals then upon acceptance helped set our dates for instllation - the install team of Tulo and Gabriel completed each shower in one day each on consecutive days and after waiting 24 hours for proper setup the showers were ready for full use"

"I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"Hello Everyone! I'd like to give Milltown a shout out for installing our new HTP Combo unit. I'd like to especially thank Garret, Brandon, and Kat for pulling the whole thing together and making the installation as seamless as possible. Also, shout out to HTP for replacing a defective unit. They stood up and did the right thing when they didn't have to. Milltown went above and beyond what a plumbing company would typically do. When our combo unit failed, we lost heat and hot water. Milltown was able to hook up a temporary hot water tank so my family had access to heated water for showering, dishes, etc. Everyone I spoke to were genuinely concerned and could not have been more professional in their workmanship, cleanliness, and finished product. I am very pleased with everything from start to finish."

"Our journey started at the end of July, finishing just yesterday with the last inspection. I have chronicled the process on Facebook, from the demo to the last bit of paint. There are not enough words to say about Busy Bee, John, Gary or his team that could explain how easy and stress free this was.(as much as a complete kitchen remodel can be....) All the things you expect---showing up every day, cleaning up at the end of the day, having the items to install at the right time, politeness ....they do all that. Its the extras that set them apart. The communication about anything so you never have to guess what is going to happen. The PATIENCE when things take longer or are damaged and making sure it gets done in a timely manner. When problems arise, addressing them immediately and personally. Covering everything so well in plastic there was minimal construction dust. (and I mean very little) Above all, the kindness and patience in answering EVERY one of my questions, sometimes twice, until I understood the process or choices. And then there is the work itself. There is a sense of contentment knowing that every wall board, cabinet, screw, tile and light is installed with the utmost professionalism and care. We stayed within our budget, even when we added things and took things out....and was so very reasonable. I can not recommend them highly enough, and I could not be happier.
