"Very fast and efficient, I had a French drain installed along with a newer sump pump and backup pump that is battery powered so if I lose power can still keep it going. There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! He was very responsive via email as we worked to schedule a time for his crew to come do the work, which was mainly water tank and heating system maintenance. Brian brought Jim promptly and explained the work. They then pointed out a couple of things that they recommended replacing, one they just included in the original cost estimate and another they added on due to additional parts being purchased. "I had a problem with my bathroom shower pipe partially freezing during extreme cold temperatures. So Eric suggested I replace them with PEX piping and add insulation. On the first day on the job, Eric noticed that the pipes in my basement was galvanized piping. Since these type of pipes can rust over time we decided to replace those pipes with PEX as well. Eric was great. He fully explained everything he was going to do and completed the job on time. He referred me another professional in his network to do the insulation and wall repair. They also did a phenomenal job. I would definitely hire Eric for all future plumbing needs."

"I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! "Justin and Cam, the technicians, did a great job. We have an old farmhouse with a very strange configuration of partial crawlspace and partial full basement, and water was leaking through the fieldstone foundation wall from the crawlspace. They quickly diagnosed that the problem was coming from 1 or 2 zones of the hot water radiator heating system, and they were able to shut off those zones to stop the leak, while allowing the house to still use water for sinks, toilets, and showers. We'll have to do more work later to replace pipes to the radiator but, because they are hard to access, we need to plan ahead for some construction work. I'm fully satisfied that these guys were able to find the problem and give us even a temporary solution that allows us to have our working plumbing again without the basement getting wet. Would definitely work with them again."
