From the very first contact Kenny was personable and professional, and was instrumental in helping us decide our best options. We followed many of his suggestions, but when we didn't he was totally fine when we wanted to go a different direction. I'm probably not the easiest person to work for, and I'm sure Kenny had to feel some frustration at times with my demands, but he took it all in stride and always remained pleasant. There will always be hiccups in a job this size and I'll admit we had our share. When I felt Kenny missed something or didn't do something to my satisfaction I always brought it to his attention and he was quick to fix whatever it was. Fortunately it was very easy to communicate with Kenny, and I believe he felt the same way towards us which help the whole process go smoothly. The remodel took a little longer than we expected, but in the end we are satisfied with Kenny's work and would hire him again."
