"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"The tech (Richard) arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. My gas oven works great."

"Frank was extremely professional with his emails and was quick to respond. When he came over he explained how the oven and dishwasher worked and was able to figure out what was wrong. He completed everything nicely and was very personable to interact with. I would 100% hire again."

"Mike responded quickly to my request. My refrigerator wasn’t working and he came out promptly with part in hand and fixed it all at a fair price. Very knowledgeable and explains what he’ll be doing. Takes time to answer any concerns or questions. Highly recommend!! Thank you Mike."

"????? Excellent experience with Dynamic Vent and Gas Services! They did an outstanding job installing our gas fireplace. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and paid close attention to every detail. They took the time to explain how everything worked, made sure the installation was completed safely and correctly, and left the area spotless. Communication was great from start to finish, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided. I highly recommend Dynamic Vent and Gas Services to anyone needing gas fireplace installation or service. Definitely a company you can trust!"

"They did a great job repairing my convection oven in a very timely manner. They called when the part came in and installed it the next day even though it was a Saturday. Very pleasant and efficient service person. Would definitely call them again."

"It went really well. We have had our appliances for a long time so they do need frequent repair. Ruben has been great as we try to figure out if it is worth it to keep the appliances or to replace them. He has done work for us on microwaves, washer/dryer and dishwasher. All work he provided was excellent!"

"On January 14, 2013, I used a coupon to have my furnace cleaned and serviced.  The gentleman did an excellent job.  Since the furnace was over 20 years old, he recommended upgrading before it quit, as it is located in the ceiling crawl space.
Over the next nine months, I contacted several Heating and A/C contractors, including Mike Evangelista from UGI.  On September 5, he arrived and we discussed a split system.  Unfortunately, I needed permission from the Condo Association to move the unit to the side of the condo (rather than in the back).  Several weeks later, the gentleman from the association told me that he had made an appointment with Mike, but Mike never showed.

"Plumbing never came and washer was never repaired. The replacement for washer is BS. The money they offer for replacing the washer is not enough to even buy an open box or a 75% sale."
