"Long, took 11 1/2 hours. They had warned me that it could though, and that there was no way to predict if this install would be a long one."

"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"Most of the work was performed by Joe's employee who was very courteous and very competent. He completely replaced out inner pipe stem and faucet system in bathroom shower, including cutting through sheet rock etc. The existing system was damaged and not repairable. The work was very clean. Joe specifically replaced hot and cold spigots in the basement connected to washing machine, work being also very competent and clean. Both men provided explanations and guidance that was greatly appreciated. Joe replaced hoses to washing machine and cleaned all water ports giving advise about maintenance. I would recommend this company. Pricing was fair for the time expended. I provided the hardware set and pipe stem for the bathroom."

"They have replaced my water tank, water heater, and water pump and Iâ  ve hired them to replace my sewer line"

"Affordable Heating and Cooling did an amazing job installing my new split system on New Years Eve!! Dave the owner, was in constant communication with me from start to finish and was meticulous with all aspects of the project. They were very neat and cleaned everything back to the way it looked before the project began. A pleasure to work with and he even gave me a bunch of free advise about other aspects of my nearly 100 year old heating system. They will be my first call if I have any other heating or cooling needs!"

"Joe is VERY knowledgeable and solved a problem we were having with the water for years."

"We are weekenders that rely on local service companies. It is important for us to work with people that can schedule weekend appointments. Jimmy was prompt, informative and courteous. We will continue to use Archibald Heating and Air Conditioning for our future maintenance."

"I’d definitely recommend this gentleman to anyone looking for a good, reliable plumber. He did some plumbing work at my house and ran into a few problems that needed some thinking outside the box. He was able to come up with solutions instead of just telling me it couldn’t be done. He showed up when he said he would, did a great job, and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I’d 100% recommend him and will definitely be calling him again whenever I need plumbing work done."
