"At first, Matt and team were great. They uncovered my pool, started weekly service and greatly assisted me with diving and patching holes in the liner. Then, in mid-August, I stopped hearing from him. (?). I must have texted over 10 times supported by several phone messages. I paid upfront for my summer services and I don?t even have any bills to see if I am owed any money. I was abandoned and left ?holding the bag.? I had to hire another service to cover my pool. Not fair. Not nice."

"Kinney Pools in Brick has been winterizing my hot tub for the last 4 years, when I opened it this year and filled it, it started to leak called them and they said we don't fix hot tubs, so I found someone that services them. that company fixed it. I called Kinney to get reimbursed, After a couple of weeks they said they would pay half and I should have tarped over the top of my cover, PVC pipe does not split unless there is water left in the system and it freezes. And why was I not told to tarp this for the last 4 years ?"

"They didnâ t even start to open my pool when the guy ripped my cover and lied about it. When I confronted him about it he kept denying it and then left my house. I called the company and got well my guys are saying they didnâ t do it and that was it. No one should use them."
