"Bill was the only roofer I spoke with who took the time to really explain exactly what would need to be done from the start, that it was not going to be a one day job as some of the others had said, and as each additional issue was found on my older home he spoke with me and discussed what we needed to do. Part of my enclosed porch (leaked for years) actually fell in when they started to work on it. They rebuilt it and while they do not do the interior cosmetic repair, he did get me a new door and had it installed. The crew working on my project were very professional, safety rules followed and hard workers. Jason took a look at it and eased our worry by explaining it could be repaired and gave us a really fair price that we were ecstatic about after originally thinking it was a lost cause. With Jadon I was kept in the loop the entire time. Very good communication. The work was done quick and to the highest standard. Everything was cleaned up after.
