"We recently had our entire roof system replaced by PGRS and we highly recommend them! There are literally dozens of roofing companies locally, and I met with a number of them, but PGRS was by far more professional, reliable and customer service oriented than any other!! From the initial introduction of our project manager, Jason Loyd, to the first interview/ quote and finally the completion, PGRS stood out among all of the other companies. "We just used Bear Mountain Custom Painting to completely repaint the exterior of our house, including restaining our back deck and fixing wood rot issues on our cedar shingle siding. The work quality was exceptional from the entire team, starting with the sales coordinator (Zach). We had received several estimates from other companies and Bear Mountain was right in the middle, but we chose Bear Mountain because of their superlative reviews and the expertise that was immediately conveyed by Zach (who did a much more thorough survey of the house for wood rot issues, and also knew correctly that cedar siding needed to be stained rather than painted). Whereas other companies proposed just filling in wood rot with Bondo, the philosophy at Bear Mountain is that to make a durable repair, the rotten wood should be removed completely and replaced with rot-proof materials (PVC or pressure-treated wood). Having had previous bondo repairs of wood performed by the preceding homeowners fail, we were really impressed with the excellent carpentry work performed by Bear Mountain Custom Paiting. The work crew, led by Higi, was fantastic. Higi was a wonderful communicator, and any issues (like windows painted shut) were immediately rectified. Due to cold weather and rain, the crew couldn't work for several days, and this was always communicated to us in a timely fashion--they then would often bring a larger work crew the next day so as to finish the project on time. We were thrilled with the quality of the final work, as the house looks fantastic and we are confident that it will remain in excellent condition for years! They took care to clean up the site thoroughly at the end of the job, and took extra precautions to make sure that our exterior cameras were fully protected. This is an honest company of exceptional professionalism, and we would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to others."

"Jean Claude and his team did a wonderful job of transforming my very sad old bathroom into something that I can now really be proud of.  I had some pretty serious structural damage due to a roof leak, and the only way to repair it was to completely gut the bathroom.  My house is quite old (1947) and presented quite a few challenges along the way.  The previous renovation (not sure when it was done or who did it) was done quite shoddily and we hit some roadblocks in the demolition phase.  Jean Claude explained very clearly that extra time was needed to remove a bunch of reinforced concrete in the floor.  The concrete had all but destroyed the cast iron drainage, so that along with all my plumbing, would need to be replaced as well.  Jean Claude explained all the extra costs before proceeding.
The structural repairs he performed are quite robust and my house is now structurally sound.  Once they worked through all the challenges of the structural and plumbing work, the actual bathroom remodel went quickly and smoothly.  I honestly couldn't be happier with the results!  Everyone who comes over has nothing but great things to say about how it all turned out.  
We had a pretty tight timeline in which to get all the work done.  Work began on 12/4 and needed to be complete by 12/26.  Jean Claude and his guys went out of their way to get the job done on time?they even worked on Christmas day!  They did this while maintaining a very high level of quality workmanship.  
Jean Claude is truly a standup guy and I felt he always had my best interests in mind.  I will definitely look to him for any projects I have in the future.
