"I reached out based on a referral from one of the local synagogues. I met with the owner of Europall, and he told me he would repair every hole around our building. He kept his promise. Not only did he repair every hole, but you can barely tell there was a hole in the first place! They color matched 20+ year old paint to the point you cannot even tell work was done. I cannot recommend this company enough. We had woodpecker holes that I was not confident could be repaired. Europall took care of every woodpecker hole, and every other blemish on our building. I am in charge of a property management company, and can confidently tell you, Europall does quality work at an affordable price. I plan to use them for my own projects, and I highly suggest you do the same. I am beyond impressed with their quality of work. I am attaching before and after photos so you can see the amazing work for yourself."

Customers say: Quality work

"George and his team repaired a part of our external stucco wall. We were looking for a professional firm for quite awhile. So glad we found him. He is extremely knowledgeable on stucco. But most importantly his work spoke for itself. You canâ t tell that there was any damage. We are so pleased."

"We hired Bear Mountain to repair our badly damaged smooth ceiling, frame our skylights, and paint. They were very professional from beginning to end. The quality of the work was excellent. While we could have found a better price, this was a small job that required very skilled labor, as we wanted a perfectly smooth ceiling. It was worth the extra cost to deal with a company that we could rely on to deliver quality work."

"After a storm damaged our roof, Pro Roofing helped us to fight our insurance company for over a year. Other companies weren't willing to get involved, but Pro Roofing has people who specialize in this sort of thing. They knew how to deal with the insurance company to get them to approve funds towards the repair and then to fight their original estimate to get us more. If you have roof work that involves dealing with an insurance company, these are the folks to use. The new roof they installed looks great. It makes the house look significantly better and well maintained. Could not recommend more."

"W C Brothers were very detailed and has pride in their craftsmanship. The came, pressure washed, filled in all cracks and seams and even began painting the same day. I have a 4000sqft home and work was completed to perfection in two days. I already had given them a second job painting my 155gal fish aquarium which they completed two days latter. I'm very satisfied with their service and professionalism. I would highly recommend. 😊"

"I’ve used customized twice. They did an interior paint job and repaired some cabinets in my bathroom. We were extremely happy with both jobs. The paint job covered every room inside my home. They were priced very reasonably and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process."

"They started out OK. The job they did looks good for the majority of the house. The problem is with the shutters and other areas painted with the accent color. There is significant blistering and it is very noticeable and unacceptable.
In the beginning, The office tried to keep me informed on the times or days that the painter would be expected to show up but there were a few no shows or late shows with no calls from the painter. Even when he would say "I'll be back on Saturday", then a no-show, no-call.  I would have to call the office and then on Monday, would get some kind of explanation. This went on for the duration. I finally decided not to worry about it if or when they would show up and just go with it.  It was a rainy season and was actually surprised that there were beautiful days they wouldn't be here to paint and would show up late to paint when it was damp and paint until it was raining, and while it was drizzling.  I would tell them I would rather wait for them to paint when it was not too damp.  They did work hard and did good work and did what I asked.  It took a long time to finish because of rainy days. (a duration of 3 weeks)
They also built a shutter  to replace one that was rotten. After a couple of weeks, the paint was blistering and the boards were shrinking. When I looked at the back of it, instead of using boards, they used beadboard and turned it backwards to appear right. It looked terrible. I contacted them and they rebuilt it again, but it is also not matching the other shutters because they screwed the fascia boards from the front, instead of the back, very noticeable.   I contacted them and they said they were going to scrape, re prime and repaint the blistering areas of all of the rest of the shutters and fix the shutter.  Now all of the accent paint on the stair risers and chair rail are also blistering and I emailed and left voice messages about it..  I have not heard back from them for 2 weeks,   I believe that the blistering is due to improper prep work and /or painting in  wet weather.
They are ignoring my phone calls and emails. If they need more time to pull one person from another job, then they could get in touch with me and explain that.  I can understand that. I just want this taken care of. I had to save up for a long time to be able to afford this paint job and I went with Angie's List for the reputation and the "deal".  I could have used any number of companies, there are a lot of them begging for work.

FAQs for traditional stucco repair or partially replace projects in Red Oak, GA

Minor stucco fixes—like sealing small cracks or adding fresh caulk—often wrap up in an hour or two. Larger jobs that call for cutting out damaged sections, installing new lath, and layering fresh stucco can stretch to three or four days because each coat needs time to cure. A pro removes loose material, cleans and dampens the area, applies a bonding agent, and builds up new layers, matching texture and restoring the wall’s weather shield.

Watch for a stucco surface that stays damp days after a storm, develops dark stains, or feels soft or spongy under light pressure. Inside, moisture rings, peeling paint, or soft drywall around windows point to the same issue. Any of these red flags mean water is trapped behind the siding, and it’s time to call a stucco pro before rot or mold sets in.

Give your stucco a once-over every spring and fall. Semiannual checks let you catch hairline cracks, stains, or damp spots before they snowball into pricey repairs. Keep a flashlight handy, look closely around windows and doors, and call a pro if you notice anything soft or discolored. Staying ahead of minor issues protects both your curb appeal and your home’s weather barrier.

A pro starts by scraping away loose material, then cleans and lightly wets the area so new stucco will stick. After brushing on a bonding agent, they build fresh layers, letting each coat cure before adding the next. The final step is matching the texture and color so the patch blends in and the wall regains full weather protection.

Think of repair as a patch: the pro fixes only the visible crack or hole. Remediation goes deeper—crews strip away the compromised stucco, correct the root problem (often water or mold), then rebuild the wall. If tests show structural rot or trapped moisture, remediation is the safer, longer-lasting route; otherwise, a straightforward repair often does the trick.
