They put on a new roof, repaired damaged areas, hung a new garage door, installed new gutters, power washed, and painted our 40-year-old house. Of the four bidding contractors, they were the lowest bidders. Their estimate was well under half the price of the highest estimate and several thousand dollars under the next closest estimate. The contract was completed efficiently and professionally, with each phase accomplished with excellent workmanship and skill. I managed a home designing company in the 1970s and '80s, working with scores of contractors, so I personally know what it takes to be a good contractor. I give Eric Adams LLC and A++ rating on all levels."

I'll say right away that Jim has a kind and gentle personality, and he struck me as being very honest. Once we settled on a design, Jim sent me a quote with digital drawings and a fair price. Once we gave the go-ahead, Jim took it from there. They kept me updated as to the status of the city permits, as Omaha was backlogged. The crew performed their work in a timely and professional fashion. They were very respectful, personable, dedicated, and their workmanship is top notch, as is the quality of the materials. "I hired this company to repair hail damage on my home in 2023. The job was to replace the roofs on my house and garage as well as siding and gutters on my house. Long story short they came out and did the roofs in a timely manner, the siding and gutters not so much. Communication was lacking and they tried to charge me way more than what my insurance scope was. I had to get a lawyer involved. He sued me and we went to court. I won my case in February 2025 and I am still waiting to be paid the money I am owed. I do not recommend this company, buyer beware."
