"Variety Appliance Repair was great, they got back to me quickly when I called for service and came out for non-emergency repairs within 48 hours. Howard was able to diagnose an easy fix for a problem with my ice maker frosting up, and although the dryer repair was a little trickier, requiring a second trip the following week because of an additional part needed for the thermostat after replacing the heating element, he got it all taken care of. "We have a problem with the control panel of our 2005 GE dishwasher.  We are unable to access the Speed Wash setting we have been using.  Mike analyzed the problem and showed my wife how to reset the machine to unlock the setting problem with Speed Wash and allow us to use the Normal Wash setting.  This was better information than we got from GE support.  Full repair would have meant replacing the control panel at significantly more cost, and the changed setting is workable. <br /> We have used Mike's services on a number of occasions and have recommended him to family and friends, who all think highly of his service. <br />"
