These were just a start of the items we wanted to begin.  After the visit, we were told that we would have an email with examples of closets and associated estimates. No email or phone call was provided after the visit. Very odd considering that they were recommended so highly in the community.

Update: The owner and his daughter personally visited us this evening and profusely apologized for his company dropping the ball. He reiterated that his company does not discriminate and asked for a second chance to earn our business. He seemed genuinely upset and wanted to assure us that he valued our business. We believe him and want to encourage others to give this company a chance to earn your trust. "

"This guy and his crew are simply amazing! I have used them several times over the years to trim our three very large trees in the backyard, complete landscaping and backyard cleanup, block fence repair and pretty much anything I throw at them when they are here they are capable of getting done. He routinely stops by to make sure we don’t need anything done and is very persistent without being pushy. If I was still in property management I would make this guy my number one vendor. The one thing that I can’t stress enough is that he is extremely prompt with the service and does not waste anytime. Even when doing entire backyard with three trees that are at least 25 to 30+ feet he has got it done in the same day including cleanup. ( which is hard to find anyone that even cleans up anyways ). My grandmother summed it up perfectly when she said “he isn’t the type of guy to let grass grow under his feet.”"
