First to clean a small shag rug which had been used as a pee pad by our dog for several years, it was in such bad shape we were going to toss it. Fortunately we found Voda! "<p>     John and his crew cleaned and sealed the grout in our home.  There was approximately 920 sf of tile floors, plus two walk in showers and the surrounding area of two other tub/showers combos.</p> <p>     I had gotten a quote about two years ago, but did not have the work done at that time.  With seven people in our home, the grout in the floor in the kitchen and entry and dining areas really showed the wear and tear.<br /> <br />     Surprisingly enough, the cost wasn't that much more two years later although there was that much more that needed to be deep cleaned before the grout could be sealed.<br /> <br />     John was very responsive when I contacted him and was able to work us in at a time that was convenient to our schedule and they completed the work in one day.<br /> <br />     The floors look amazing!  The grout is so bright and looks brand new.<br /> <br />     We are very pleased with their work and definitely recommend their work.<br /> <br /><br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"Instead of taking a day to remove and re-install the tile, it took almost 3 days of solid work.  Due to some broken tiles they had to cut, size, and re-fit to keep the original design.  They even found the exact same tiles to match the 6 year old ones in the bathroom.  Fit and finish were excellent.  Even though it took longer than expected, Reeso kept the same price but I paid them extra anyway because it wasn't their fault at all.  Will definitely call them again when needed. <br />"

"Josh was very professional and friendly.  He arrived within the window promised, calling 30 minutes beore arriving.  I've never used a fireplace before and he answered all of my questions.  He explained all of the parts as he cleaned them.  He cleaned up after he was done.  He gave me some valuable tips on the operation of the fireplace.  I wish all contractors were like him. <br />"

"It was very easy to get in contact with them to setup the work.  They reply quickly to emails and phone calls. <br /> There were two visits:  one to obtain the measurements and give me the estimates and the other one was to perform the job.  At the first visit, they explained exactly what job will be performed, how long would it take and the total amount.  Trey was very professional and respectful while measuring the entire house. <br /> For the second visit, they arrived on-time, and started the job intermediately.  I left the house for the entire process, but when I came back to check during lunch, I could tell a difference between before and after.  The grout was actually clean!  And the funny smell from the carpet appeared to be gone.  By the end of the job, I could eat on the floor!  The tiles were really cleaned, the grout was not grey/brownish but instead almost white!  <br /> Other than they do a wonderful job, they are very professional and trusty.  I would hire them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to friends.  You can leave the house and be sure that they will do an excellent job and that they will respect and take care of your belongings.  <br />"

"We'd just purchased our 1932 house and decided it would be best to get any floor work done before move-in.    Willie came out and was very straightforward about the condition of floors and honest about what needed to be done.  He talked me out of a more expensive refinish because the floors were too worn to handle any sanding.  He was sympathetic with our need to get work done quickly so we could move in.   He made extra effort to schedule us in right before New Year's and offered a very fair price.    <br /> Floors looked really good once they finished.  We had some problems with the wood filler - it refused to dry.  Best guess it was due to the type of filler and/or cold weather.  After waiting a while and it didn't dry, they came back and replaced all the filler and fixed the polyurethane coating in those areas.    All is well now, we've been happy with it for a few months. <br /> I'll go back to these guys if I need future floor work. <br />"

"Just realized I never wrote a review for this work done in July 2015. Mark did an AWESOME job and 20 months later it still looks brand new. He did an especially good job with the "flakes", it looks really good (sadly, its the nicest floor in the house, lol). Since the floor went in I've had a number of other contractors in the house and they all compliment the floor. Even the ones who do epoxy floors themselves say its one of the best they've seen."
