They completed the work over a couple of days and came back everyday to evaluate the progress until it was dry. They were running about 30 minutes late, but they did communicate it with me, so it wasn't a big deal. They did an awesome job, and communicated with me on the progress while they were working. Since my insurance would not cover it and had to pay out of pocket, they worked with me on the cost. It took less time to dry my place and they removed less flooring than anticipated, which helped bring my total to less than quoted. I hope I never need them again, but if my place floods or I have a mold issue, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again"

"Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest.
