"Joseph showed up in a timely fashion, introduced himself and proceeded to ask me about the reason for his visit. He was tasked to fix a known issue and did so with great results so far. He took the time to take photos and explain to me his plan to remedy the issue. He then fixed the problem and showed me the finished results. In addition he fixed the other issues he discovered during his examination of my roof. He took the time to explain about a couple of additional questions I had regarding my roof.
