He offered to replace siding with hardy plank siding at a reasonable price and finish the job with his painters applying two coats of a top of the paint. His siding team was on the job and working in a few days. As soon as they finished the painters were hard at work applying first and second coats to finish the job. Didn't do any extra work that wasn't necessary and took care of some small extra work for free. He kept me up to date on status throughout the project without me needing to ask.
