Get matched with top foundation drainage installers and replacers in Reddick, IL

"Good work in general; our basement no longer sees water for over 3 years now, which is the most important thing. But there were some real issues: The biggest issue is that USW did not adhere to local electrical codes, and did not arrange for a final inspection of the project. So we didn't find out that it wasn't to code until years later, and now it's a big hassle and minor cost to fix and get the permits. Ask your local gov yourself what you need to do for permits and inspections; don't rely on USW! USW said they would seal any foundation cracks found along the way; they didn't do this until I bugged the warranty dept about it (but they did do it eventually). USW sent someone out for the "annual checkup"... over 2 years after the install. It's a good thing they (eventually) did, because they discovered the backup battery wasn't charging. Now I know to check this stuff better myself. Prices also vary wildly and are kind of negotiable (I'd give more detail but I'm out of space)"

"Start date was changed unexpectedly. But, it all worked out. Drain installation works as promised. I would definitely recommend them. Installers were professional, knowledgeable and gave great advise on other projects needed."

"We removed the wood paneling in the basement shortly after moving in.  That's when we noticed 13 cracks in the foundation.  None of them structural issues.  They came in and repaired all of them in one day.  A couple of them were difficult to get to due to stairs and piping, but they did a great job on all of them.

"There was a guy here for about 10 days re-piping my house.  They managed to not rip through my floors or ceilings to get the job done, I was impressed.  Patrick, the owner, stopped by a few times also to make sure the work was being completed.  I highly recommend them."

"We had three companies provide us with their foundation repair estimates and they all were fairly close. But it is the technician from Everdry who did a detailed investigation and found the spot with a significant amount of rot that was calling for a replacement. They sent their crew on the scheduled day that went above and beyond to finish the job within the promised timeframe despite a few unexpected events. We are going to call them again if any further need arises."

"Robert and Mario were super to deal with. Kept appointment were on time completed foundation repair as described and were fair in their pricing. I'm glad to have such quality service with a company that keeps their promises."
