"This is one of the worst hvac companies we dealt with. We paid them $384 to do an air balance test. It's been almost two weeks and we still don't have the results. I have called them more than five times and I still can't get the report or even just the numbers from our testing. And every time I've called I have to call back at least a couple of times because the receptionist hangs up on me every time she puts me on hold. With every phone call I make I'm assured that the VP of Operations, Brian, will call back. Yesterday afternoon Amber told me he would call back in 5 min as soon as he was off a phone call. He still hasn't called back. I understand these businesses don't care about customers and only about money, but when you pay them hundreds of dollars you would think they would at least get you the piece of paper you paid them for. "I do not recommend Bath Planet. The cost is exorbitant for such a pretty product made with poor quality materials and shoddy installation. There is too much give in the flimsy walls and pan. After only a month, I had to have someone come in and recaulk. It took a LOT of caulk for the big gaps. Yes, there was mold. Then, two years later, yet another issue. We noticed a squishing sound in the hall, then water started coming up between the floorboards. It took a plumber two trips (and a week of using no water in that end of the house - no dishwasher, kitchen sink, laundry, or bathroom) so the floors could dry and he could find the source of the water. Turns out, the shower drain was not properly installed, or perhaps it had worked itself loose with the flimsy bendable pan. Water was draining between the concrete slab and our pvc laminate flooring. Yes, I am upset. I am so sorry I allowed Bath Planet anywhere near my house."

"I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to David Ward and Metro Appliance store people in Lowell, Arkansas for resolving our dissatisfaction issue in one day that was never resolved with Frigidaire/Electrolux Service. Our part replacement issue was ongoing for 6 weeks. I and my husband love all Frigidaire appliances that were sold by Metro Appliances to our new home builder. Especially the Microwave product #PMBS3080BFA. In short, we like the appliances for the best performance, looks and durability at reasonable pricing. Unfortunately, the microwave needed the turntable motor replacement in original manufacturer's warranty by Electrolux Service. The service technician accidentally dropped the trim kit on the floor and damaged it. He promised to replace it but he never did. The Electrolux Service Representatives tried to resolve this issue in 8 phone calls that my husband placed without success. We just received false promises from same service technician and service people. This is when David and Metro Appliance came to the rescue. Metro Appliances didn't cause the issue but they took a responsibility making sure to make a customer happy. David procured new trim part in one day and have it ready for pick up next day free of charge. We need more people like Metro Appliances have to make our lives better. The products they sell and their showroom in Lowell AR are beautiful. I will recommend everyone I know to shop there."
