He visited the property multiple times, to check on the installation and followed up to make sure that the dehumidifiers and sump pumps were working properly. Sent me pictures throughout the process, which helps since Iâ m out of town. Unlike the other companies I spoke to and have used in the past, Justin doesnâ t seem to just be interested in a sale. He constantly follows up and touches base to make sure that Iâ m informed and comfortable with the process. In short, seemed to care about my project and me. Really rare in business nowadays. The switch was full of ants and they cleaned it out and worked with me on how to prevent that from happening again. I really appreciated them. I called to get a general estimate, described surroundings, accessibility etc. Was told that they would have to come out and inspect, and insisted that I make an appointment; no charges mentioned! The young man that came out was very nice and polite but told me there would be a $40.00 charge for them coming out.. After accessing the situation I was given an estimation of either $1080.75 or $1615:57; depending on whether or not I furnished the new tank. Another company on Angie's list agreed to do the same job for less than half the cost."
