"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. While my total cost for the repair was $80 which included the $35 diagnostic fee, the lowest other price quote was over $400. I am very pleased with this new type of appliance repair. I will be recommending this my family and friends."

"We were advised to replace our washer and were given a price to fix our dryer (which was ver old). Provider also recommended we have our dryer vent thoroughly cleaned. Which we did following our visit. In the end we decided not to repair either unit and bought a new washer and dryer during labor day sales. <br />"
