"Contracted Federal Building and Roofing with Richard and his team after Listening to Richard's suggestions during the estimate. Had bad water damage to many Rafter Tails as well as a severe leak in the garage, Had several Contractors out for estimates some wanting to go a much more expensive route to repair the damaged wood on the Rafters as well as suggesting a complete Torch down on the entire roof which was not needed, which came with a less than desirable Warranty along with higher costs. Richard gave me peace of mind with his knowledge and suggestions which in turn provided a much longer Warranty and cheaper more effective route to repairing the damaged Rafter tails,all at a very reasonable price compared to other estimates. Any Contractor should have been able to provide me with these suggestions and alternatives but failed to do so. Richard and his team were Professional, polite,cleaned up thoroughly each and every day and completed the job on time as scheduled."

"Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be. Rene was accessible to me by phone or email if I had questions or was working through details on behalf of my parents. He always responded in a timely manner. Once I signed, they pulled the permit with Riverside County that afternoon. They charged nothing for this except for the face value cost of the permit itself. They were onsite with a full crew the very next morning for the tear-off of the old roof. We left for our sonâ s graduation, and I expected weâ d come home to a bare roof, and the install would be done the next day. No. I returned to find the tear-off completed, and the installation nearly finished! I climbed up to the roof to watch the remaining work.
