He offered suggestions on how to resolve these problems including installing larger gutters and downspouts which made sense to me. He gave me an estimate which was more than fair. I talked to him a few days later, and he set a time for the install. Josh and his crew arrived close to the set time. He and his crew immediately worked on the job despite the fact that it had started to sprinkle and continued working in the rain into the late afternoon even when it got dark. In the morning I went outside to see my new gutter system, and it was perfect. They had installed a beautiful gutter system and left no debris lying around. Josh is a very nice man, and he has a hard working crew. I would hire them again without hesitation."

"The two people who arrived to do the work were pleasant. They cleaned the debris off my roof and out of my gutters, treated the roof to kill the (light) moss, and used a hose to make sure my gutters were draining properly. As it turned out, one of them isn't. They told me that one seemed to be clogged past the point where the downspout went into the ground. They also showed me a cell phone picture of a roof board that was a bit rotten and was starting to peel away... it was also possible to see the board from the ground once they pointed it out. Neither of those problems were things they could repair, so I was very appreciative that they took the time to let me know about them. I feel like they represented their company well, and I will likely do business with them again."
