The young man, Ed, provided service that was top notch. We had an entire remodel of our bathroom from a jet tub to a standing shower with multiple showerheads, including body sprayers, overhead shower and handheld shower with new fixtures put in. He installed all new plumbing, and a pedestal sink to tie the whole new aesthetic and look together. He added handicap rails near the toilet and the shower for ease. "With our rather old cabin-style home, the plumbing from the kitchen sink had a plug of hardened grease over 30 years old. We discovered this the first day when they drilled through it with a snake; we had them return a couple of days later with a hydrojet unit to clean it out. Our house is located in the mountains, and may not be particularly easy to get the equipment out here, but they had very little difficulty. They used a lengthy hose to go around the back of the house, then sent the nozzle through the pipe behind the trap to clear it out. I was originally concerned about navigating past the elbow joints in the pipe, and the fact that we have a septic tank that I didn't want to fill up; but neither was a problem, and the job was done in about an hour. The sound of the drain flowing never sounded so sweet."
