Current construction law made valley should be 3 inches gap but this guy did only lifting. I got leakage after roof work done and made another repair with them and paid another fee again."

"We had a partially flat roof that had a known issue with a leak where it met a vertical wall. On inspection we learned the old tar and gravel surface as a whole generally had issues requiring attention, as did the nonexistent or inadequate flashings. Looking for a roofer, we found Lifetime had the best price and high reviews. When Tony and Dylan came out to look at the situation and discuss fixes, we found that they listened well and came up with great solutions to the parts of our roof that needed repair and did not try to oversell us to fix the parts of our roof that were in good repair. Lifetime pulled the permit and got the team to work right away under the supervision of project manager Tony. He ably supervised the team and communicated progress daily in person or by email/text or both. He answered our questions and made sure the crew cleaned up, including ensuring they honored the city’s restriction on gas-powered blowers. All in all a job well done for a reasonable price. "The inspection was performed and received quotes additional services like cleaning gutters and such but the prices requestes was way too high to consider using them for this service.
They came back about a month later to fix few loose tiles on the side of the roof. They fixed the cement tile tiles by putting nailed at the bottom of the tiles. Unfortunately, I was not present during the repair of the tiles. I though it was a little strange when I cam back home and saw the result of the repair. I got other contractors to come and inspect the house for other work and they all mentioned this does not look right.
I would not recommend this company. They were ok with price on the original deal on Angie's list but I am not sure how long this repair will last.

"Sonrise did a fabulous job. They were very responsive to my calls and questions about the roof and solotube options. On the days of the job the workers were quick and efficient. The only negative was a misunderstanding about whether the roof rot repair was ready for inspection by the termite inspector as the house was being prepared for sale. But the company repaired all areas that the termite inspector pointed out, and it passed inspection. The work was even finished a day early. Great job.
