"Since I was in Chicago, I dealt strictly by phone with TJ Schlink. Understanding my short time frame, TJ was extremely responsive in quickly scheduling the inspection. The inspector was punctual and TJ got back to me very quickly with the test results. There was a problem with the system, but TJ convinced me that it was not a major defect, and gave me a cheap do-it-yourself path to mitigate the issue. Responsiveness and integrity, what more could you ask for in a service provider!!
