"THEY HAVEN'T STARTED THE WORK YET SO I can't answer questions about quality yet. I'm on the schedule for two weeks from now. They were the ONLY roofing company from the five companies I interviewed that found hail damage and took pictures of it to show me. I submitted the photos to my insurance company and I will get a good portion of the roof paid for! Nice guys with a good sense of humor. They have been great about returning my calls right away and working with my insurance adjuster. They will make any adjustments the adjuster recommends. They are HONEST. One roofing company told me they would have to charge me extra to remove three layers of shingles at an outrageous price. I asked Honorable Roofing how may layers of shingles I had and they said ONLY ONE! BEWARE! Just because I'm A SENIOR CITIZEN AND CAN'T GET ON THE ROOF, ANOTHER COMPANY CHOSE TO TRY TO SCREW ME (LITTLE OLD LADY). Go with the good guys---Vincent and Darrell."

At no cost, he put a tarp over my roof to prevent leaking when a storm was coming. He also was very communicative with my insurance company to ensure the job was done in full and correctly. "It turned out fine. I had to travel back to the East Coast to visit some some other family. Then I came back and left a friend in charge of monitoring the install after I returned to Alaska. They did the work after the fact of me being there.

From the pictures that my friend took of their work, there was only 1 problem. But they came back and repaired it. I guess the supervisor came back and did a walk over after his crew did the work and he cleaned it up. They also advised me of some other work that needs to be done and that turned out pretty good too as far as the estimate. They will probably do it this summer. I plan on using them again on the stucco work.

"Rep. checked entire system. He found several wires not connected properly and fixed this. He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

They weren't the least expensive but James Rooks left us with a great impression of his abilities and knowledge of delivering a quality product. James kept us advised of slight changes in the scheduled work due to weather and answered any questions we had about the process in a very timely manner. Once the project started the crew arrived on time every day and completed each step, from prepping the property to the finished coat in a timely manner. They kept the area neat and cleaned up after themselves. The finished product is beautiful. The attention to detail is apparent, no errant color splashes, all fixtures reinstalled properly. "We were extremely happy with the whole process.  Ramon came and gave us an estimate the day we called even though he was in Gallup that morning.  Chris and Sergio arrived as scheduled to start the work.  We were concerned the pillars might be load bearing, but Sergio and Chris quickly showed that was not the case and they assured us our roof would not cave in.  Ramon, Chris, and Sergio all were very professional and made sure that we were satisfied with the work. Chris came back on day 2 and finished the job. Ramon told us from the beginning it would be a 2-day job. Chris was diligent about cleaning up each day. We recommend D&R Services and would definitely hire them again.
