Based on their stellar reviews and clean record with consumer affairs, I called Four Seasons to make an appointment and get an estimate for repair or replacement. Although it was Dec. 31, Bill showed up on time, something I have found lacking with other construction people over the years. He was cordial and knowledgeable, and not aggressively pushy. I felt comfortable. Having done my own research, I found his price to be reasonable, not the cheapest or the most expensive. My main interest was workmanship quality and over the years have found cheapest is not usually the best, nor is most expensive. His crew arrived within 10 days, and on time. Their work was one of the most professional I have ever seen. In fact, when they were finished, my property was cleaner than when they started. After they left, you wouldn’t even know they were there. The leak is repaired and the new roof is beautiful. I highly recommend them."

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. "There was a company through Angie’s List that I got a package deal, they would do some patch work on roof. Very good experience. I had a problem in one spot and they patched it up for me. I’ve not had a problem with that at all, that section of the roof. Price was good, the package deal was to cover a 10x10 spot and that was basically what I needed, it worked out well. Very good quality. The only problem I had with them was the fellow I did deal with, his office had to get back to me. I always needed to call him, it happened 2 or 3 times and then he would make the call and they would respond. Other than that they were spot on, very good."

"I was very pleased with the company and specifically with Bob, the owner.  He was very professional from the estimate he sent me to the final payment.  The skylights came after the roof was finished but the openings were sealed the correct way.  Even though it rained before the skylights were installed there wasn't a problem.  Plus the original cost of the skylights were reduced because Bob was able to get a better price and even had them delivered quicker.
