"Estimate (free) - Brasure's sent a tech to measure and price the cleaning the day after I contacted them, and e-mailed me the estimate as soon as the measuring appointment was completed. I set an appointment to perform the work about 2 weeks later. Brasure's rep indicated they would text me day before to confirm, which they did. Carpet Cleaning technician, Shawn, Bailey, was on time and professional. We walked the rooms to be cleaned, and agreed on which furniture would be more and which would not (per the estimate). Work took a little over 2 and a half hours. Shawn kept me informed of progress throughout. Shawn had me inspect each area as he completed the cleaning. He identified 2 areas with staining that he treated particularly. The carpet looks much better. The stained areas are much improved (I can see a faint outline of the stained area, but they are much improved). I would hire Brasure's again. The office staff and cleaning technicians were friendly and helpful. There is a $25 internet coupon available, and Brasure's honored that coupon offer."

"We have a 30 year old house. The stairs were partially carpeted. When the 2nd floor carpet was replaced, we decided to remove the carpet on the stairs and refinish the stairs. The plan was to stain the treads and paint the risers. I contacted Ziggy for a quotation to fill the holes; and sand the stairs, landing and stain the treads.. He was able to provide a quotation via email.. Their price was comparable to others, but his company had great references. The two men arrived on time, we new this was a several day process. The workers showed up each day on time. They cleaned up their mess each day. We had clear instructions not to walk on the stairs once the work was started (it took a week). The guys did an outstanding job refinishing the treads and matching the stair to our existing floor. When they were done, they installed matching molding as necessary. The stairs look great! I highly recommend them."
