"I called on a Friday, Todd came out and gave me an estimate the same day. He was able to fit me into his schedule the next day and he and his crew came out and cut the tree down. The tree was in a tight space and if it fell it could have taken out my fence and my next door neighbor's. I also need a tree trimmed that had grown and was leaning on my neighbor's shed. They were quick, efficient, cleaned up well and had the whole thing done in about an hour. I had called someone else almost two months ago who had told me he would do the job the following week and never showed up. I'd called and no one called me back. I finally got tired of waiting and called Triad Tree & Lawn. I couldn't be more pleased. He was also able to give me some money off of the original estimate due to a landscaping issue. Todd's a nice guy and very professional. I highly recommend him!"

"A huge tree fell on the back of my house during a storm a few nights ago. Ripping our metal roof, taking off the gutters, fascia and soffits. My insurance company put out a quick response call to their field of first responders and Arbormax Tree Services responded within minutes. They arranged for their arborist to be at our house first thing the next morning to assess the damage and how to best proceed with removal and clean up. "I used Smith Richards Land Management for some tree trimming and yard work that I needed done they were very professional and friendly and did an excellent job. I would definitely referred them to anyone and use them again myself."

"They did good work, but very overpriced. But I was desperate. They had to come out and make some changes to something they had done so I had called them and said there was one thing that hadn't been done quite properly and they came back out to fix it. Six shrubs but he told me it was a quarter acre of weeding. I have an acre and a quarter. He said that a quarter of it had to be sprayed, weeded and pine needles put down so that was the majority of the expense I think, was the clean up. The trees and shrubs were not bad. They also built me what's called a rain garden and that's what they had to come out and fix because they didn't really understand the requirements for a rain garden. They should have done their homework but didn't. They told me they had never done a rain garden but that they were quick learners, but they dug a hole and filled it with mulch. You can't really plant in a hole with mulch. The owner, Jim, was very responsive. They were very professional. They are good kids."
